Thanks for a really cool book and a great book club. Also thanks for this index post. That makes looking up the entries much easier.
I enjoyed all the discussions. I want to give an honorable mention to KevinDC and John Alcorn. The quality of the comments was generally high, but Kevin and John repeatedly made points that made me understand or see issues in a new light.
